(1) A sports-related organization wishing to register with the Council shall submit an application for registration to the Council by submitting the following information:-

(a) Name and address of the institution,

(b) Type of sports to be conducted,

(c) Name, address and profession of the members of the executive committee.

(2) Application under sub-section (1) When giving, the sports related organization must also attach a copy of its statutes to the application.
